Charles Pierce
General Counsel
Charles Pierce joined OSP in 2025 as the company’s General Counsel. He is responsible for providing strategic legal, regulatory, and corporate governance advice, and manages the OSP legal and government affairs functions.
Charles has over 15 years of healthcare legal experience and has had the opportunity to advise clients on a variety of transactions with aggregate deal value in excess of $5 billion. Prior to joining OSP, he served as Deputy General Counsel and Interim General Counsel for the second largest independent post-acute provider in the country where he primarily supported the corporate development team. Before that, he served as in-house counsel with Tenet Healthcare’s physician practice division and was employed earlier in his career with a multinational law firm’s globally recognized healthcare practice group. Charles graduated magna cum laude with an accounting degree from the University of Memphis and holds law degrees from the University of Memphis and Georgetown University, with honors.
Charles and his wife Kaylee have two daughters and a son. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors hunting, fishing, and occasionally golfing very poorly.
