Co-Founder
Dr. Jeffrey Kratky grew up in St. Louis and earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. He was then accepted to the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in 1994. Dr. Kratky completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Kratky is:
- A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Past Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Anthony’s Hospital
- Past President of the South County District
- Former Board Member of the Greater St. Louis Dental Society
Dr. Kratky has been in practice in the St. Louis area since 1998 and joined Dr. Michael Parsons at Midwest Oral Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery in 2007 and helped build the practice to six locations throughout the St. Louis area.
Throughout his career, Dr. Kratky has been deeply committed to building practices centered on patients, teammates, and future surgeons. As his practice grew, he became increasingly focused on creating environments where surgeons are supported, guided, and set up for long-term success rather than short-term gain.
That shared philosophy ultimately led Dr. Kratky to partner with Michael Parsons in founding Oral Surgery Partners. Together, they created an organization designed to provide mentorship, operational support, and infrastructure, allowing surgeons to focus on patient care while building practices that are truly built to last.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Kratky spends his time with his wife, Tara, and their three daughters. He is actively involved in his church and enjoys fly-fishing, hunting, and cycling in his free time.
