Charles Williams
Executive Vice President, Growth and Development
Charles first joined OSP in 2021, where he led the company’s acquisition initiatives. Now serving as Executive Vice President of Growth & Development, he leads OSP’s growth strategy across acquisitions, denovo expansion, surgeon recruiting, and marketing. In this role, Charles partners closely with leadership across the organization to evaluate expansion opportunities, increase surgeon placement capacity, and build the infrastructure required to support scalable, long-term growth.
Prior to joining OSP, Charles led the M&A function at U.S. Renal Care and e+CancerCare, supporting growth through acquisition strategy, deal execution, and market expansion initiatives.
Charles earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA from Lipscomb University, where he was a four-year member of the baseball team.
He and his wife, Mackenzie, have two children. In his free time, Charles enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, going to the beach, fishing, and exercising.
