The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in managing patient care treatment plans and ensuring that patients understand and proceed with their recommended treatment. Essential Functions
What you will do:
Seating, prepping, recovering and releasing patients for/from surgery
Setting up rooms and trays for surgery
Taking panoramic and periapical X-rays & 3D scans
Take impressions/intra oral scans
Maintaining a clean workspace
Accurately completely operative report
Making and stocking clinical supplies
Explaining post-operative care
Sterilization of surgical equipment
Checking all documents for accuracy
Ensure solid communication between patient and doctor
Filling in for the doctor's surgical assistants
Monitoring vitals during surgery

Qualifications:

The Scheduling Coordinator plays a crucial role in our oral surgery practice by ensuring efficient scheduling of patient appointments, managing the daily schedule, and providing excellent customer service. Essential Functions
- Answer phones to coordinate and schedule patient appointments, surgeries, consultations, and follow-up visits using our practice management software. Ensure accurate and timely entry of all scheduling information
- Communicate effectively with patients via phone, email, and in person to confirm appointments, provide pre-appointment instructions, and answer any scheduling-related questions

Position Purpose
The Staff Accountant plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization. This person will help with the general accounting and financial reporting functions for the organization that result in reporting complete and accurate financial statements on a timely manner. This includes developing, implementing, and/or maintaining accounting processes to consistently, accurately, and completely account for the numerous transactions in a timely and controlled-risk manner. Additionally, this individual will be aligned with a Regional Operation Manager and support P&L Reviews and other financial requests. Individual will prepare, reconcile, and analyze the underlying financial data, records, and support to the reported balances in the accounting system ledger. Individual will assist in ensuring that all accounting policies, procedures, and controls are strictly adhered to throughout the organization. This position ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data and acts as liaison between the Company and external parties (e.g. vendors, customers, investors, auditors, or other service professionals).
Essential Functions
Accounting:
· Execute on month end closing process activities, including the recording of journal entries.
· Monitor various aspects of the Revenue Cycle process, including recognizing Revenue and updating A/R.
· Prepare journal entries for non-routine transactions (e.g. OBS of acquisitions).
· Record and reconcile payroll journal entries to the General Ledger.
· Analyze and reconcile all general ledger accounts and ensure all transactions are properly supported with detailed records, such as valid, binding contracts.
· Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistences in general ledger accounts.

Financial Reporting:
